Soul and Vibe Interactive Called a Fraud- Stock Down 12 Percent (SOUL)

Shares of Soul and Vice Interactive (OTC: SOUL) are down 12 percent after a Seeking Alpha article calls the stock a pump and dump and a fraud.

The author of the article, Infitialis, has a strong track record of pointing out bubble stocks that are about to burst. In one of its most pointed articles yet, it says,

“Investors not yet invested should avoid (SOUL) at all costs, and anybody currently in the stock should not dither and sell the entirety of their stakes immediately.”

On Twitter it posted,

Among Infitialis’ claims is that the company says it “publishes games and game-related content for consoles, mobile devices, and personal computers” but on its website, it has no link to any product.

“While the site has links to a company overview, an investor relations page, a management page (which includes just three individuals), a tab that talks about how large the game industry is in general, and a “contact” page, there is not a single tab that leads to a catalog of games.”
