Microsoft, Dell, Staples Getting into Black Friday Spirit

MicrosoftAs the busiest shopping day of the year approaches, known as Black Friday, three major companies have announced they will provide consumers with incredible deals. Microsoft, Dell, and Staples are all offering shoppers with a variety of deals in the days leading up to Black Friday. However, all three of these companies have set a trend in 2014 for providing consumers with great savings opportunities.

Starting this Sunday and going through November 25, Staples will sell Beats Solo headphones for a low price of just $79.99, an incredible $90 discount. The giant retailer will also sell select tablets for only $399 and above, excluding iPad mini 3 and iPad Air 2, and on a number of different PCs, offer $100 off on those priced $499 and ore.

In addition to these great savings, Staples will offer deals all week long such as $10 off Google Chromecast for only $25 and $15 off Amazon’s new Fire TV Stick for $24. Consumers who love Staples products should prepare for a rush because these are just a few examples of what the store will offer consumers.

Best Buy is also getting in on the action by offering Amazon’s new streaming dongle for only $24.99 but then on actual Black Friday, the Apple TV will go on sale for $79, a nice $20 discount. Although the sales are available via a mobile phone, items can also be purchased in the store with a coupon available on Best Buy’s website.

Dell products will also be a part of the Black Friday shopping experience at several stores to include both Staples and Best Buy. Dell plans to sell an xBox One bundle complete with the new Assassins Creed: Unity along with Assassins Creed IV Black Flag for the low price of $330.

In addition, PlayStation 4 will be sold by Dell, which will bundle Sony’s console with The Last of Us and Grand Theft Auto V for only $399.99. Dell recently announced that it will bundle a $50 e-gift card with the Alienware Alpha System, the new PC game console offered by the company for playing Steam games. With this discount, shoppers pay under $500 opposed to the normal $549 price.

XBox One and PlayStation 4 are also being offered through Dell’s website at significant discounts but because they are available in limited quantities, shoppers need to act fast. For Microsoft, the largest savings is for Surface tablets. Surface Pro 3, rated as a middle to higher end tablet will be discounted $100 for those running on Intel’s i5 processor and $150 for the i7 processor. Microsoft will also offer $150 off Surface 2, which was available last year.

Then, without a contract, the Nokia Lumia 635 can be purchased for only $39. This may not be the most powerful or prestigious smartphone on the market but for a young teenager or someone who does not need all the bells and whistles, it is a great buy.

Consumers interested in this mobile device can actually purchase it now although the discounted Surface will not be sold at a reduced price until Thanksgiving Day.
