BREAKING- Uranium Resources up 26 Percent on USEC Strength (URRE)

Shares of Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: URRE) continue their climb higher on continued strength in the Uranium space following Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s re-election. The stock is up 26 percent in early Monday trading.

Abe is one of the few pro-nuclear officials left in Japan. Recently, he said,

“We have the responsibility to provide cheap and stable energy,” therefore “we will restart reactors approved by the Nuclear Regulation Authority as meeting the new regulations”
This sent stocks like Uranium Resources and USEC, Inc. (NYSE: USU) soaring. In the past three months, Uranium Resources is up 105 percent and USEC has gained 140 percent.
