BREAKING- Ryanair to Raise Dividend

Ryanair (NYSE: RYN) announced Monday that it was upping its dividend from $0.44 cents per share to $0.49–an increase of 11 percent.

“Rayonier’s businesses continue to provide steady and growing returns for our shareholders,” said Paul G. Boynton, Chairman, President and CEO. “This significant dividend increase reflects the successful start-up of our Cellulose Specialties Expansion project, strengthening timber and real estate markets and our confidence regarding future cash flows.”

The airline, known as Europe’s value carrier has made waves with some of its “innovative” pricing strategies including charging overweight passengers more to fly, proposing fees for using the restroom, and fees for carry-on bags.

The company recently gained publicity when its CEO said that he envisions $10 trans-atlantic flights.
